DreamVoy provides immersive virtual narrative experiences delivered via email,
chat, or other digital communication systems.
The content represents the stages of the virtual journey and may include text,
images, narrative scenes, dialogues, settings, and multimedia content.
Content is generated using artificial intelligence tools, but each experience includes human supervision, design, and intervention. The experiences are intended for recreational, emotional, and immersive purposes.
DreamVoy does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability,
timely delivery of messages, or the absence of technical errors.
Delays, interruptions, network issues, system errors,
partially inconsistent content, or service disruptions beyond our control may occur.
DreamVoy reserves the right to modify, postpone, interrupt, or partially or fully cancel a virtual journey, even after purchase, for technical, organizational, quality, or security reasons.
Payments made are non-refundable once the virtual journey has started. Before the journey begins, any requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If the service cannot be provided due to technical or organizational reasons, DreamVoy will make reasonable efforts to offer a refund, credit, or alternative solution, without however being obligated to do so to the extent permitted by law.
By using the service, the user agrees that DreamVoy cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, failure to receive messages, technical incompatibilities, issues related to email providers, messaging platforms, or third-party services.
DreamVoy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit access to the service, or modify at any time pricing, operating procedures, and features of the experiences offered.
